The college also has its own radio station, WCR 101.8 FM, based at the Newhampton Centre. It offers students the opportunity to become involved, both on air and behind the scenes. You don’t have to be a media student to get involved, full training will be provided.
All students are given a Handbook and Diary which contains information on student activities and lists college policies, regulations, facilities and resources.

Some community venues also offer creche facilities. A weekend club is held on Saturdays to cater for children up to 14 at Metro One campus. Play schemes are also held during some school holidays.
